Wrappers around ESLint, Prettier, Jest, PHPStan, PHPUnit, Ruff, MyPy, ShellCheck and others, built specifically for agent consumption: terse terminal output for a human, detailed native-JSON logs for a tool to parse. A newer, narrower piece of the same QA-gates thesis as php-qa-ci/ts-qa-ci/phpqa.
